Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
