- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 lb sliced salami
- 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 lb sliced ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Layer slices of salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add a layer of baby spinach and sliced roasted red peppers.
- Tightly roll up the tortilla and wrap it in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Refrigerate the rolls for at least 1 hour to set.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
