Description

These Italian Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer filled with classic Italian flavors, perfect for parties or quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 lb sliced salami
  • 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
  3. Layer slices of salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add a layer of baby spinach and sliced roasted red peppers.
  6. Tightly roll up the tortilla and wrap it in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  7. Refrigerate the rolls for at least 1 hour to set.
  8. Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
