Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
For the filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 tablespoon key lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping (optional):
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Extra lime zest or thin lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to 325°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
