Description

A rich and tangy lemon butter sauce perfect for drizzling over fish, chicken, or vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley if using.
