Description

Lemon Lasagna is a refreshing no-bake dessert made with layers of golden Oreo crust, lemon pudding, sweetened cream cheese, and whipped topping. It’s light, creamy, and bursting with zesty lemon flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Lemon slices or zest, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed golden Oreos and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust. Refrigerate to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until combined. Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping and spread over the crust layer.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mixes and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the lemon layer.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest or slices if desired. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
  • For a stronger lemon flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon extract to the pudding mix.
  • This dessert needs time to set properly, so prepare in advance.
