- 1 cup whipped topping, divided
For the Lemon Pudding Layer:
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Mix flour, softened butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
