Ingredients

Lobster:

  • 1 lb fresh lobster, cooked and meat removed

Spaghetti:

  • 8 oz spaghetti

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Lobster: Remove lobster meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in white wine and simmer for a few minutes. Add cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook until tomatoes soften.
