Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

- Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce evenly over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and oregano on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade marinara sauce based on preference.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
