Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped Andes mints or mint chocolate candies
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chopped Andes mints, shredded coconut, and nuts (if using) evenly over the milk layer.
- Gently press down with a spatula to help the toppings adhere.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use mint extract if you don’t have mint candies — about 1/2 tsp mixed into the condensed milk.
- These bars store well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Try using chocolate graham crackers for an extra rich base.
