Description

No Churn Banana Ice Cream is a creamy and easy-to-make frozen treat that requires no ice cream maker. Made with ripe bananas, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk, this simple dessert is perfect for a sweet, cooling treat any time of year.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the sliced bananas until smooth. You should have about 2 cups of banana puree.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Fold the banana puree into the sweetened condensed milk mixture, mixing gently until everything is fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or any freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the ice cream is firm and scoopable.
  6. Serve directly from the freezer and enjoy this creamy, no-churn banana ice cream!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add mix-ins like chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or swirls of peanut butter before freezing.
  • If you want a more decadent treat, drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce before serving.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 1-2 weeks.
