- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Nutella, for filling

- Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas), optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
- Add the melted butter, salt, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 1 minute.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Spread Nutella over one side of each crepe and fold or roll as desired.
- Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh fruits if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
