Description

Deliciously thin and soft crepes filled with creamy Nutella, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nutella, for filling
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas), optional

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
  2. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
  3. Add the melted butter, salt, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  6. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 1 minute.
  7. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Spread Nutella over one side of each crepe and fold or roll as desired.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh fruits if desired.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
