Description

A creamy and flavorful Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing perfect for salads, sandwiches, or as a dip. This dressing combines the sharpness of Parmesan with the bite of black pepper for a delicious homemade alternative to store-bought options.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or more for thinning)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until well blended and creamy.
  4. If a thinner consistency is desired, add additional milk one teaspoon at a time.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a tangier flavor, add an extra teaspoon of lemon juice or a splash of white vinegar.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best taste and texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
