Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Hot Fudge:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, peanut butter, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and brown sugar.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and begins to bubble, about 3–5 minutes.
