Description

A tropical and refreshing pineapple smoothie made with fresh pineapple, banana, yogurt, and honey for a creamy, naturally sweet drink perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or orange juice)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Place pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, pineapple juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
  3. Check consistency and sweetness; add more juice if too thick or honey/maple syrup if needed.
