Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or orange juice)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Place pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, pineapple juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
- Check consistency and sweetness; add more juice if too thick or honey/maple syrup if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
