A quick and delicious puff pastry pizza featuring a flaky, buttery crust and your favorite toppings. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet and lightly score a border 1 inch from the edge using a knife.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly within the scored border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add olives, bell peppers, and red onions on top of the cheese.
- Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
