Description

A quick and delicious puff pastry pizza featuring a flaky, buttery crust and your favorite toppings. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet and lightly score a border 1 inch from the edge using a knife.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly within the scored border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add olives, bell peppers, and red onions on top of the cheese.
  6. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
