  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions (typically 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
