Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top.
  6. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to coat the chicken well.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
