Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Use a spoon or your hands to shape the dough into small buns and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil if desired and sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
