These quick Crock Pot garlic butter steak bites are tender, juicy, and full of savory garlic flavor. A simple set-it-and-forget-it recipe perfect for weeknights, served over rice, mashed potatoes, or veggies.

- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear steak bites in 2 tbsp of butter for 2–3 minutes until browned (work in batches if necessary). This step is optional but adds flavor.
- Transfer seared steak bites to the crock pot.
- Add remaining 2 tbsp butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours, until steak bites are tender.
- Stir gently before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use sirloin or tender cuts like ribeye for the best texture.
- Searing is optional but enhances the flavor and texture.
- Great served over mashed potatoes, cauliflower rice, or noodles.
