Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad tossed in a zesty honey-lime dressing, perfect for summer gatherings or a light, healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruit—strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, and grapes.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.
  4. Gently toss the fruit to coat evenly with the dressing, taking care not to mash the softer berries.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped fresh mint over the top and give it one final gentle toss.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes for flavors to meld.

Notes

  • You can substitute any seasonal fruit like raspberries, cherries, or melon.
  • Make the dressing ahead and toss just before serving to prevent soggy fruit.
  • For added crunch, top with toasted coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
