Description
A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad tossed in a zesty honey-lime dressing, perfect for summer gatherings or a light, healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruit—strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, and grapes.
- Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.
- Gently toss the fruit to coat evenly with the dressing, taking care not to mash the softer berries.
- If using, sprinkle chopped fresh mint over the top and give it one final gentle toss.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes for flavors to meld.
Notes
- You can substitute any seasonal fruit like raspberries, cherries, or melon.
- Make the dressing ahead and toss just before serving to prevent soggy fruit.
- For added crunch, top with toasted coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
