- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add the almond milk to the blender first.
- Add the frozen raspberries, peaches, banana, and Greek yogurt.
- Add the protein powder, chia seeds (if using), and sweetener (if using).
- Add ice cubes if a thicker, colder smoothie is desired.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute dairy-free yogurt to make it vegan.
- Add spinach for an extra veggie boost without altering the flavor much.
- Use fresh fruit instead of frozen if preferred; reduce almond milk slightly if omitting ice.
