- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1 cup country-style sausage gravy
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt butter. Whisk together eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
- Place prepared pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread sausage gravy evenly over the crust.
- Top with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions if desired, slice, and serve warm.
