Description

A hearty and delicious Sausage Breakfast Pizza topped with scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and a creamy gravy base. Perfect for a satisfying morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cup country-style sausage gravy
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  3. In a separate pan, melt butter. Whisk together eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
  4. Place prepared pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread sausage gravy evenly over the crust.
  5. Top with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions if desired, slice, and serve warm.
