Description

Sausage Egg & Cheese Roll-Ups are a hearty, handheld breakfast option made with flaky dough, savory sausage, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese. Perfect for busy mornings or a brunch crowd.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8 count)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter (for scrambling eggs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.
  5. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  6. Evenly distribute scrambled eggs, sausage, and shredded cheese at the wider end of each triangle.
  7. Roll each triangle up, starting at the wide end and rolling toward the point.
  8. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
