- 1 can crescent roll dough (8 count)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter (for scrambling eggs)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Evenly distribute scrambled eggs, sausage, and shredded cheese at the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle up, starting at the wide end and rolling toward the point.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
