Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out a small amount of flesh to make space for filling.
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped shrimp, red onion, celery, mayonnaise, lime juice, mustard, and cilantro.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce or chili flakes if desired.
- Gently mix until well combined.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into the avocado halves evenly.
