These gooey S’mores Bars combine all the classic flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into an easy-to-make dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until just combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham layer.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the entire mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and the edges are set.
- Allow bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.

- Cool completely for clean cuts.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
