Description

These gooey S’mores Bars combine all the classic flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into an easy-to-make dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until just combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham layer.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the entire mixture.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and the edges are set.
  7. Allow bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Cool completely for clean cuts.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
