- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the berries. Slice strawberries if needed.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
- In serving glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately for crunchy texture or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute any berries depending on what’s in season.
- Use dairy-free yogurt to make it vegan.
- Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition.
- Parfaits are best assembled just before serving to keep the granola crunchy.
