Description

A light and refreshing spring dessert layered with fresh berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. Perfect for a healthy treat or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the berries. Slice strawberries if needed.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
  3. In serving glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  8. Serve immediately for crunchy texture or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute any berries depending on what’s in season.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt to make it vegan.
  • Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition.
