- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent bananas from browning)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the cheesecake pudding mix and powdered sugar, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla yogurt and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Gently fold in the strawberries and banana slices into the cheesecake mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas to avoid mushiness.
- Prepare shortly before serving to keep fruit fresh.
