Description

A creamy and fruity dessert salad made with fresh strawberries, bananas, and a rich cheesecake filling. Perfect for potlucks, picnics, or as a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent bananas from browning)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the cheesecake pudding mix and powdered sugar, and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla yogurt and mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  6. Gently fold in the strawberries and banana slices into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
