Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Salad is a creamy, fruity dessert salad made with fresh strawberries, a sweet cheesecake mixture, and fluffy whipped topping, perfect for potlucks or summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for garnish or layering)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows, if using.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to blend.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if desired, or serve as a topping on the side.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother texture.
  • Can substitute whipped cream for a homemade version instead of store-bought topping.
  • Add blueberries or bananas for variety.
