Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange the halved strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
- Warm the strawberry glaze slightly if needed, then spoon or brush it over the strawberries for a glossy finish.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
