Description
Tortilla Rollups are a quick and easy appetizer or snack made by spreading a flavorful filling on tortillas, rolling them up, and slicing into bite-sized pinwheels.

- 5 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, green chilies, black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out each tortilla and spread an even layer of the mixture across the entire surface.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pieces to form pinwheels.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- These can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- You can customize the filling with ham, turkey, or chopped veggies.
- Use flavored tortillas for added taste and color.
