- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well mixed.
- Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint if desired.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
